Accounts found to have been registered by users below the minimum age will be permanently deactivated and any existing balance will be handled in accordance with applicable terms.

No. Each user is only permitted to have one active account at 9999xl. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of the Terms and Conditions and may result in the deactivation of all associated accounts along with their balances. If you have an issue with an existing account, contact Customer Support for assistance instead of creating a new one.

Log in to your account, then open the Account Settings in the top-right corner. There you can update your phone number, password, notification preferences, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Changes to a fully KYC-verified full name require an additional process — contact CS for further guidance.

Deposit & Withdrawal

9999xl supports a variety of local Indonesian payment methods, including:
  • Bank Transfer: BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and other local banks
  • E-Wallet: DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja
  • QRIS: Scan a universal QR code from any bank app or e-wallet
  • Virtual Account: Available for all major banks in Indonesia
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no additional conversion fees.

Most withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes after the request is confirmed. During peak hours or weekends, processing time may be slightly longer but will not exceed 2 hours. Your first withdrawal may require additional verification if KYC is not yet fully complete. The destination account must be in the same name as the name on the 9999xl.

For maximum limits, amounts vary depending on the payment method and account level. Users with fully KYC-verified accounts generally receive higher limits. Full transaction limit details are available on the cashier page after login.

First, wait up to 15 minutes as a small number of transactions require network confirmation. If your balance has not been credited after 15 minutes, please contact CS. 9999xl via live chat and provide proof of transfer (a screenshot or transfer receipt) showing the transaction time, amount, and transfer reference. Our team will process the verification and manually credit the balance if the funds have been received on our end.

You can track your rollover progress in real time under "Active Promotions" on your account dashboard.
